Welcome to Tueto AI, an artificial intelligence platform owned and operated by Tuetotechni (“Tueto AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 3. Responsibility for Use

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with intellectual property, advertising, and consumer laws

Tueto AI does not verify ownership, originality, or legal safety of generated content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Platform Ownership

All rights in the Tueto AI platform—including software, algorithms, UI/UX, branding, and systems—remain the exclusive property of Tuetotechni.

4.2 User Content

You retain rights to content you input into the Platform.
By using Tueto AI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

5. Templates, Presets & Outputs
  • All templates, presets, workflows, and starter assets are non-exclusive
  • Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users
  • No exclusivity or ownership over AI logic or generation methods is implied
6. Brand Reference & Attribution

Unless expressly restricted in writing, Tuetotechni may reference your brand name in:

  • Client lists
  • Case studies
  • Internal or external presentations

Such references are factual only and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

7. Portfolio & Promotional Use

We may display anonymized or approved outputs created using Tueto AI for:

  • Portfolio showcases
  • Product demonstrations
  • Marketing materials

If confidentiality is required, you must notify us prior to project commencement.

8. Service Availability & Changes

Tueto AI is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify features or pricing
  • Introduce usage limits
  • Suspend or discontinue services
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

Where applicable:

  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Pricing may change with prior notice

Failure to complete payment may result in service restriction or termination.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Tueto AI for:

  • Illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activities
  • Infringing intellectual property or personal rights
  • Generating misleading ads, deepfakes, or impersonation
  • Harassment, hate, or harmful content

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tueto AI’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for business losses or reputational harm
12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tuetotechni from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of Tueto AI
  • Content generated or published by you
  • Violation of these Terms
13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Misuse or abuse is detected
  • Required by law or regulation

Upon termination, access to services may be revoked immediately.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
